Flat River Group is seeking an Inventory Control Team Lead to assist the IC Supervisor in day-to-day IC functions at our Kentwood location. They will assist in performing daily cycle counts, bin allocation, inventory accuracy, and act as a liaison between the operations staff and the inventory team. This position will also assist Inventory Control leadership during audits, identifying and resolving any discrepancies if found. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, communicate well with other departments, and a desire to take initiative.
