The Team Lead position helps direct and lead tasks and processes related to our distribution center fulfillment. This position is responsible for assisting departmental supervisors and leading others within our distribution center.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask, communicate well with internal teams, lead employees, and be willing to learn about Flat River Group processes and procedures.
