We’re currently recruiting a Business Analyst to support our IT and Operations teams. This individual will be responsible for the support and configuration of Flat River Group’s Warehouse Management System (WMS). They will assist with analysis, definition, and documentation of detailed specifications for process enhancements within the WMS applications. Additionally, they will be expected to execute system maintenance, configurations, modifications, and installation pertaining to the WMS system that will help meet the company’s operating needs. This candidate will be expected to maintain related training materials & train appropriate team(s) as needed.

Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, the EHS Manager will plan and manage the general health, safety, and loss control policies and procedures of the organization. They will design and direct safety training programs to reduce accidents, occupational illnesses, and exposure to long-term health hazards. This candidate will partner closely with Flat River Group’s leadership and Operations team to strengthen the EHS culture, enhance safety compliance, and improve performance.

Flat River Group is recruiting an Industrial Engineer that will be responsible for designing, planning, and leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives that constantly strive to eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share. Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, this position will play an integral role in developing and standardizing processes.

We currently have an opening for a first shift Maintenance Technician II who will be responsible for all building facilities and equipment maintenance functions to keep the distribution center and office running at optimal capacity. This Maintenance Tech will run the predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance programs for all key equipment in the distribution center, including but not limited to: PIT (Powered Industrial Trucks), material handling equipment, conveyors, racking, automation equipment, scanning equipment, etc. Additionally, they will be responsible for the upkeep of the site facilities, office, utilities, safety systems etc. in accordance with safety and environmental protocols and managing third party maintenance vendors.
